Unicheck is a plagiarism prevention solution used by your academic institution. Regardless of how it is implemented in your educational process, LMS integration or a standalone solution, Unicheck promptly informs you about all important updates, scheduled maintenance, as well as the latest news in EdTech — all via email.
Why add Unicheck to your whitelist?
To guarantee the uninterrupted running of Unicheck’s software across your institution, it’s important to maintain seamless email communication between us. Adding the Unicheck domain to your school’s whitelist will secure that for us.
What exactly to add to your whitelist?
This is a list of Unicheck’s own domains and emails that are safe to add to your institution’s whitelist:
- unicheck.com — emails from support and account managers at Unicheck.
- updates.unicheck.com — email maintenance and system update notifications, newsletters and other marketing communications.
If your academic institution doesn’t have a practice of adding certain domain names to a collective whitelist, please help the Unicheck administrator of your school to whitelist Unicheck in their own email client. This will greatly add to the quality of the e-learning experience of your entire institution.
What can happen if you don’t do that?
In case Unicheck’s emails won’t pass your institution’s spam filters for some reason, you will miss critical notifications like scheduled maintenance, answers to your inquiries, etc., which will consequently impact the overall e-learning experience of your entire school.
Who is getting Unicheck’s communication?
Emails are delivered to:
- Unicheck administrator only (for LMS integration).
- Unicheck administrator and instructors at your institution (for standalone solution).
Most importantly, we don’t send spam or plenty of inappropriate emails. Only important system updates, EdTech news, and marketing communication once in a while. We also don’t have any personal student data and, thus, don’t send emails to them.
What kind of emails?
- System updates.
- Scheduled maintenance notifications.
- News in EdTech.
- New products announcements.
- Marketing communications.
Important! All Unicheck’s communication, except for service emails, includes an unsubscribe option.
Please note: To keep in touch with you, we are using a third-party emailing service with their own IP address. Therefore, we can share only Unicheck’s domain names, not IP addresses, for you to whitelist.
If you have any further questions or difficulties whitelisting Unicheck, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support heroes at support@unicheck.com and we will do our best to assist you individually.
